2. Job Seekers can make different keyword search, like only for titles, or to include Boolean operators to the search query. 

3. You can search for hiring companies by name and location, or browsing companies by alphabet. 

4. Upload your resume very easily, attach files like cover letters. Job Seekers can preview their resume before it will be posted. Resume posting is always FREE. 

5. Job Seekers can add his personal notes for saved jobs for later review. 

6. Job Seekers can create job alerts. System will send new jobs based on the selected search criteria to Job Seekers email. 

7. Job Seekers can add comments to job posts, which is displayed on the job details page. 

8.  Ability to Apply for a job online using a simple web form where Job Seeker can specify Cover Letter, select/attach Resume and fill in a Screening Questionnaire if it's required by the employer. 

9. View, Delete applications that have been sent. All applications are kept privately in the system. 

10. Job Seekers can flag its resume as anonymous to hide contact info. Only an online contact form will be available for employers to communicate with job seekers, so they can remain anonymous. 

11. Job seekers can choose whether his resume will be visible to all employers or only to selected employers or to all employers except selected ones.
